I have been wanting to start a new blog for a while now, and I found the perfect name. Lovely Cheese Pizza. We all know the line... "A lovely cheese pizza just for me." (followed by long yummy sniff from inside pizza box) Kevin finally got his heart's desire, or at least what he thought that was. His very own cheese pizza. He later realized his heart's true desire was for his family.. How sweet. That is one of the best movies of all time. I also love that it takes place around my favorite holiday, Christmas.
Why is the name perfect for me? Well, many of you know my favorite food is pizza. When pregnant, I have been known to eat it several times each week. It combines my favorite ingredients- bread, tomato sauce, and best of all, cheese. I'm not picky about my pizza. I like take out from anywhere, and I will even eat frozen and microwaveable varieties. One of the most unforgettable pizzas I have eaten was from Pizzeria Uno in Chicago several years ago. That was like nothing I had ever eaten. It was a delicious thick pizza pie with fresh tomatoes... truly Chicago style. Emma was just starting to eat table foods and got to eat some of those delicious tomatoes. Yum! New York City has some great pizza in my book, too. Thin, greasy, and delicious!
So, that being said, this is my new blog. It will be a place for me to write about.. anything I want. About life, about my children, about random ideas and thoughts. This is not the place for perfect grammar. This is a place where I can just write without stress. Here we go..
